As the days grow darker, and our inner journey deepens, the shimmering light within our hearts grows brighter. During the holidays, this is what truly matters- sharing your light with others and also with yourself. If you're introverted and/or highly sensitive, you might feel pressure to do more than this, and it feels like stress, becuase it's overwhelming. But remember, this light doesn't have to talk, it doesn't have to be the life of the party, it doesn't have to prove that it exists. It's whole and complete just as it is. And you, too, are whole and complete just as you are, you just need to remember this about yourself. You're a shimmering light offering the riches of your quiet stillness to the world.
